Mr. Neeraj Goel
Promoter
Mr. Neeraj Goel, is one of the Promoters of our Company. He is a Commerce Post Graduate from Meerut University and has a vast experience of more than 35 years in trading and marketing of papers. In 1985 he started trading of paper of paper units of North India which includes Shamli Paper Mills Limited, Babri Paper Mills Limited, Super Paper Mills Limited etc.
Mr. Deepak Goel
Promoter & Whole Time Director
Mr. Deepak Goel, is the Promoter & Whole Time Director of our Company. He is a graduate from Meerut University, presently known as “Chaudhary Charan Singh University. He has more than two decades of experience in the field of Finance, Accounts, General Management. He is responsible for overall day today operations of our Company. Having associated with our Company since inception, Mr. Deepak Goel is the guiding force behind the expansion and growth of our Company. Further he doesnot hold full-time positions in any other body corporates.
Mr. Parveen Kumar Goel
Promoter and Whole Time Director
Mr. Parveen Kumar Goel, 51 years, is the Promoter and Whole Time Director of our Company. He is a graduate from Meerut University, presently known as “Chaudhary Charan Singh University. He has more than two decades of experience in the field of marketing. Having associated with our Company since inception, Mr. Parveen Kumar Goel is the guiding force behind the expansion and growth of our Company.
Mr. Amit Agarwal
Non - Executive Director
Mr. Amit Agarwal, is the Non - Executive Director of the company. He is graduate and Mr. Amit Agarwal, is well experienced person. He has good marketing skill & administrative skill. He is actively engaged in the marketing business of the company since a long time. He has more than two decades of experience in the field of marketing. He holds directorship in Five other companies (Shakumbhri Pulp and Paper Mills Limited, Bindal Pulp and Papers Private Limited , Brina Gopal Traders Pvt. Ltd , Bindal Rolling Mills Limited , Bindal Industries Limited).
Mr. Gagan Aggarwal

: Mr. Gagan Aggarwal, is the Non - Executive Independent Director of the company. He is a Graduate and CA Intermediate, further Mr. Gagan Aggarwal has more than 16 years of experience in the field of Finance and accounts. Further he does not hold full-time positions in any other body corporates
Mrs. Pooja Bhardwaj

Mrs. Pooja Bhardwaj, is the Non- Executive Independent Director of the company. Ms. Pooja Bhardwaj, being a Company Secretary has legal and secretarial experience having wide knowledge of corporate laws. She is having Finance and Accounting experience and also having Technical and Professional Skill. She has experience of more than 13 years. She holds directorship in Agarwal Duplex Board Mills Limited and Bazel International Limited and Panchaura Media and Communications Private Limited.
